Getting married at the Amsterdam Museum
In the heart of Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Museum is also a stunning location for your wedding. You could hold the ceremony, for example, amidst the stunning paintings of the Amsterdam Gallery, in Mokum Museum Café or outside in the Boys' Courtyard (Jongensbinnenplaats). Mokum Museum Café is also ideal for wedding receptions and dinners.

On 2 February 2002 King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima were married at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. To mark this special occasion, designer Marijke van der Wijst was commissioned to create a ceremonial table. Two years ago, the City of Amsterdam presented this table to the Amsterdam Museum and it is now used during marriage ceremonies.
